All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and required deposit. A booking reference does not constitute confirmation until written confirmation is sent by Voyageurs Tours.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the travel date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations more than 30 days before travel: full refund minus 10% administration fee. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. No-shows: no refund.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, site closures, safety concerns). Wherever possible, comparable alternatives will be provided.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxor, Egypt.
